I stayed here during a work trip, so my routine was usually leaving in the morning and returning in the evening. The property is a spacious apartment with almost all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, and the Wi-Fi worked reliably throughout my stay. The bedroom had two comfortable single beds. The bathrooms were shared, but it was never a problem for me during the stay. The neighbourhood is very quiet, safe, and located in a nice, posh area. Transportation was convenient, with Uber and city bus services easily available nearby, and there are plenty of dining options in the area. The check-in and check-out experience was smooth, and the owner was very helpful and always ready to assist if anything was required. Overall, I had a wonderful stay. If I return to the amazing city of Buenos Aires in the future, I would definitely love to book this property again.

The live-in landlord was very hospitable (friendly and helpful). He even folded my washing 😊 The apartment was well-equipped. The location is great! A lovely residential area with easy access to the tourist sights.

Cozy room in a huge and well-kept apartment on 3rd floor with elevators. The location is very central and near everything you need hanging out. The must is the owner who is a gentleman, friendly and responsive, giving a lot of advices about the city.. Definitely it whort to stay there and surely I'll come back again next time in BA.

Guillermo was an incredibly nice and welcoming host. He went above and beyond anything I have experienced in a shared apartment and even gave advice on which restaurants I should try (the one I liked the most was Parrilla "San Cayetano", the bife de chorizo was sooo good). Had a great time there and was even able to work remotely for a couple of days when some emergency came up at work. The location of the apartment felt pretty safe as I saw multiple police vehicles and foot patrols all over during my time there. Even went for an hour run from the aparment to the Parque El Rosedal and back without fearing that I would be mugged. Would definitely stay with him again if I ever have the opportunity to come back.

“Awesome stay in centre of Buenos Aires”

The room was small as you can see from the pictures, but nothing missing in it. I stayed there for a week and for me was enough. The host is great, available for every your request, and the whole apartment will be at your disposal. I highly recommend this place for a holiday in Buenos Aires, being even on a perfect position near Av. Santa Fe, and having everything at 5 minutes from the house. I would recommed it, and I would come back here in future !

At Guillermo's apartment I got a great room with everything I needed. Very clean and tidy. He helped me a lot to get my lost luggage back from the airline. The location is good, the apartment is old-school and has a great bathroom. The location is in between two prestigious areas, Palermo and Recoleta. There are two big stores within walking distance. It is also pretty safe there to leave things in the open in the apartment, which is a big advantage.
