“Bad experience in Malevo”
The staff was very kind, helpful and attentive. Any requests we made were taken seriously and we were assisted promptly. When we asked for a new pair of bedsheets, they provided without hesitation. The location is also good, in the heart of vivid Palermo.

The staff wasn't helpful with basic questions for moving around in the city. Some basic utensils are missing from the kitchen.

The location is very good, walking distance to many stores and restaurants. With a reception, it's convenient and safe. The price is reasonable.

It's not my first time here Personal is very good and kind as always, they also have a service to leave your luggage when you check out and you can use hostel except your bed for the check out day. It's very good location, very near to airport.

Great location in Palermo Soho. Many eateries and shops around along with some awesome street art. I took public buses everywhere and you can now pay via your debit/credit card instead of SUBE. Liked that my room had a mini terrace that I could step out to and allow fresh air in. Bed was comfortable.
