The reception staff were very helpful and clear with all information. The room was clean, comfortable and met our expectations. There was a good selection at breakfast, and the location is very convenient. We would happily stay here again.

“Pleasant with a few flaws”
Very friendly day time staff who allowed us to sit in the Reception area and have coffee, even though we had checked out, while we waited for our taxi. The location was good in that we could visit a number of places of interest by walking.

“Fine for a Couple of Day Only”
This hotel is very centrally located and within walking distance to many restaurants and pedestrian streets. The hotel had excellent security with someone on the door at all times. I attended a tango show (La Ventana) and they picked up from this hotel. Has a bar area and free water and coffee is available to take up to your room. Reception was available 24 hours. Nice room decoration. Good air con and wifi.

“Below average Ibis Style at a good location”
Location is excellent. Bed gives you a good night sleep. Shower has good water pressure. It is clean.

Aside from the location, there was little to like. The rooms were very small, the breakfast lacked variety, and the staff was not friendly.
