“Good, reasonable-cost hotel near fun section of town.”
Quiet area just off a main shopping and eating/bar area. Reception had good English and had good recommendations on where to eat and what to do in B.A.

“A very nice modern clean hotel with wonderful staff - breakfast could be improved.”
The hotel is in a good location, although the street it is on is somewhat seedy. The hotel is very nice, great rooms with comfortable beds, although not enough blankets (just a sheet and very thin bed cover), nice TV, excellent bar/cafe in lobby with quite good food and wine, very wonderful/exceptional staff at the front desk.

Location... cleanliness... breakfast. Reception staff were very helpful, especially Nazarena. She is the most helpful receptionist we have encountered in a long time. Please award her a staff recognition award.

Centrally located hotel close to the microcenyer, although Sarmento street is run down and has a lot of people ravaging the rubbish bins Helpful staff, nice hotel lobby
