Love everything about this hotel !! Great location ! Big Rooms amazing staff ! Thank you so much for early breakfast before our tour start we had to keave early and we had some foos around 6:15 am already ! Great restaurants nearby- Uber pickup normally 1 minute walk from.hotel . Walk the Florida Street and youll see a lot already ! Very clean rooms ! travelled to 28 countries already with our child and this room is so worth the money!

“Great Place to Stay Close to everything you need”
This is a nice hotel in a great location in a precint so its straight outside and plenty of shops and places to eat. Very helpful staff and nice breakfast.

“Correct but can do better”
Clean tidy hotel most of the staff are helpful, the one I had to deal with on 2 occaisons seemed to lack commercial motivation. Lacks a cafe and restaurant I asked for a room without a cummunicating room to the neighbouring room. This was denied despite their reply to my e mail saying my request had been approved. So I had to listen to the neighbours television until it was turned off. Off the 77 rooms I was told only 7 did not have communicating rooms. This is probably an error, Having checked there are 24 rooms and probably 36 without cummunicating doors....

After flying 31 hours and arriving late at night, the first bath I took in the room didn’t have hot water. After complaining to front desk, it took sometime before the matter was addressed. I was too tired to wait and had to settle for a cold shower before going to bed!

Quiet. Big room. Great TV with YouTube to watch our TV shows. Travel Agent next door was helpful. Great value. Close to restaurants and in a pedestrian mall.

excellent location. Decent breakfast. Room was moderatly spacious. The Host, Yisel and Juan made the stay comfortable. They were easy to communicate and very helpfull.
