“Brilliant stay - perfect hotel for exploring the city”
Perfect central location, incredibly helpful and kind staff, great small gym, incredibly comfortable beds, generous breakfast. Right next to all convenient bus stops so can get anywhere in the city in minutes

“Suitable for short stays and layovers but not for longer periods”
The hotel is staffed by very friendly staff who go out of their way to help. We had a suite on the highest floor, and it was quiet with the windows closed despite the 18-lane highway below. The breakfasts were very good and well prepared. The room was kept clean and presentable throughout our stay. The rooftop bar is convenient, but it is not open every night.

Restaurant staff are quite racist toward Asian people like me. She asked me for my room number several times. I asked her why do you need my room number? She answered that to know my room number to treated better! So if I don't tell her my room number she would treat me badly?! That is very racist attitude towards the guests. And we have been there for 3 times for food and drink before we met her date 03.04 at 18:00 she seems to be the team leader on that day. Poor service. They can not say “hi” to the guests when we are so close to each other. Coffee capsules are provided without a price list and it is thought to be free for the guest but 4.5 USD per cup!

Modern hotel with a really nice finish throughout. Room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Staff were professional and check-in was quick and easy. Good location for getting around Buenos Aires.
