“A difficult, dirty noisy stay. I only managed to stay for 3 out of my 4 nights.”
The fact that this place existed and let me in was a major bonus as I had arrived. Not knowing that Taylor Swift was on in concert. The owner was very accommodating in terms of letting me in at short notice, and I do appreciate that. This is why I have given it a 2, not a 1, because really, that is where the positives end… having now met the owner, I can only assume that he was unaware that Taylor Swift was on, as it was pretty much the only cheap place in Buenos Aires that evening. I paid for four nights, I fled to Uruguay after three… The towel was of an extremely high quality. This was just what I needed to be correct with 31° heat with no air-conditioning!

“Best position”
Alexis is a really nice guy and I experienced a good welcome. Communication is rapid and effective. The bed is comfortable. The position is perfect near everything in Buenos Aires. The entire place is beautiful for my taste.

The location near the Congress, in Buenos Aires centre is great! The building itself is beautiful! The manager is very nice and kind to help!

“The wonderful proprietor made my stay good.”
The bedding was old and the bathroom was not very clean. But the proprietor made up for everything by his helpfulness with my baggage. He was very nice.

Of course this is not the Ritz but: - Pablo is a very nice man! - The flat is very old but it is swiped everyday. The rroom was small and the bed as well, but OK. No noise nor other nuisances (this was winter and I was alone) - it is always convenient.

“Dishonest”
This is a family apartment in an old building, we got a small room with 2 comfy beds and a shared bathroom that looks old and not inviting but was fairly clean, just like the rest of the place. 3 blocks away from the subway and quiet at night.
