“Well located and clean.”
Great location. Recoleta district is quiet and safe. Hotel is close to nice parc, famous cemetery, cultural center with interesting exhibits. Many bus lines stop close by. Rooms are clean. Staff is pleasant.

“Enjoyed my stay”
Staff were wonderful I'm very helpful, big thanks to them. Proximity to CEC venue very convenient. Location in the nice District of Recoleta. Excellent range at breakfast. Hotel is overall very nice.

“Loved the location of the hotel, not so much the location of the room”

“Great value for money.”
Location, room 1501 has an amazing view, reception desk personnel very friendly and professional. We had an issue with the safe and it was promptly resolved.

The room is decent, but somewhat cramped. Good, helpful staff. Good shower. I've stayed here various times and would use it again.

“Amazing location, supportive staff, great value, but small bathroom”
We appreciated how friendly and supportive the staff at the reception was . They helped us booking restaurants, sourcing tickets for a football match and giving us good tips on what to visit during our stay. The location is just perfect

The best feature is helpful staff that in a foreign country is golden. Arranged all our transportation, tours, suggested restaurants, went above and beyond to help us in every way.let us in early due to overnight flight, and good breakfast until 10:30!
