Well appointed, large room in an excellent location - super clean, large comfy bed, good bathroom, clever details and a furnished balcony which we didn't use but looked lovely. Breakfast options also fantastic and great quality.

“Good base for discovering Buenos Aires with helpful host.”
Host was very helpful with tips for restaurants and tango shows and generally available for all our questions. Also cleaned the room for free mid-stay. Free laundry was great! Area was a little far away from centre but there are lots of buses and a good metro line and the area (Palermo)had its own vibe and good restaurants.

The rooms were as nice as they look in the pictures. The muted colours gave a really tranquil feel to the room, which was lovely. The rooms were also very quiet. The fact that there is laundry on site was so convenient!

“Great customer service”
I had a very comfortable stay at the apartment, and above all, I have to point out the great customer service that Valentina and Michaela provided. They were helpful, polite, professional, and always greeted you with a smile. They are an asset to their company and a factor in why the property gets such good reviews. I definitely would like to stay there again.

After 18 days travelling all around Argentina, an apartment which we can cook and wash up laundry is what we need. This unit is quite big, around 600m and located in a safe district. Washing machine and detergent is supplied free to use. We loved it

“Great location and comfort”
We stayed here for a week and we were really pleased with the confort of the room, the cleanliness and most of all with the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The location was absolutely perfect, with great restaurants and cafes nearby and close to buses to every part of the town.

“5* Accommodation in Palermo, BA”
The building is perfectly located in a quiet yet convenient area of Palermo, close to buses and the efficient SUBTE (subway) as well as many excellent cafés and restaurants. The building and apartments are secure with electronic keypads. Micaela & Valentine at reception were delightful and VERY helpful, answering all our questions both before our arrival and during our stay. Communication with them via WhatsApp was prompt and easy; we also greatly appreciated their WhatsApp instructions for entrance to the building, our flat, operation of the safe, etc. The studio apartment that we booked was larger and quieter than many. It was very clean, had an efficient kitchen & bathroom (bidet included!), a small safe, and lots of storage space. Although we were only there for five nights, Micaela asked via WhatsApp on our second day if we would like to schedule a cleaning plus a change of sheets and towels during our stay, an unexpected service that we appreciated. Micaela & Valentine also gladly provided us with coffee pods for the wee Nespresso in our kitchen on a daily basis. In summary: we were extremely happy with our accommodations and will book again for a longer stay on our next visit to Buenos Aires.

“Perfect base for a weekend stay in Buenos Aires”
Communication before, during and after the booking were first class. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location was perfect, close to the parks, an easy walk or subway ride to the city centre and with great restaurants, bars and supermarkets in the neighbourhood
