There was a receptionist at night when we arrived that never smiled and kind of rude. Had to connect the kettle next to the TV because where it was, there was no sockets. There was water on the floor when I got out of the shower. Everything was painted with plastic paint to make it new,

The location is perfect - right in the middle of Retiro, close to a lot of restaurants and cafés. Also the breakfast at the property was outstanding.
