The location of the property was central to all the activities and Jorghe airport was very near to the hotel to catch an early morning flight to Iguazu and back the same day The staff was very polite and helpful. We asked for a kettle and iron and they promptly complied with our requests .

“Great location, comfy room, would recommend”
The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very attentive. We were on the 12th floor and it was very quiet, despite being on a main road in the middle of Recoleta. The location is great, right next to some great bars and restaurants, as well as a shopping mall and the Recoleta cemetery.

The room was OK and large enough in a great location to explore Recoleta. The staff were great and when we asked for a kettle, this was delivered promptly.

Location was great. A/C worked well. Bed was comfortable. Had CNN, BBC and 1 English movie channel; everything else in Spanish. Room very large. Elevators very fast.

This hotel has several positive aspects, particularly its excellent location and cleanliness throughout the property. However, there are some notable areas that detract from the overall experience. The room conditions left much to be desired - The room itself showed signs of wear and appeared to need maintenance, with visible damage that gave an overall tired appearance. The most significant disappointment was the breakfast. The quality of ingredients was poor. While the location and cleanliness are definite positives, the property would benefit from room renovations and a complete overhaul of their breakfast offerings. With some attention to these issues, this could be a much stronger choice.
