Great location for access to convention center and restaurants, shops etc. All the basics are provided. Friendly staff.

“we should have been there for a longer time!”
gratis wifi, very kind receptionista, just in the middle of recoletta centre, our room was NOT to the street side, that was nice, the music in the backyard was better than in the street :)

“Overpriced”
Location is good! If you pay the room with a view, it’s worth it only if you get a room above floor 6. Our room at floor 3 had the same view as the bar next door.

We had a bug infestation of flying insects that were like small mosquitoes inside our unit. But we never opened the windows or left the door open and there were several hundred all in the kitchen. We suspect they came in through a drain pipe or something like that.
