“NO HOSPITALITY!!! A RAW FACTORY/MONEY MAKING MACHINE.”
A message to the owners: When you are in the Hospitality industry, the A-Z is customer Service. Running a business via AI and remote anonymous/non-personal apps (that barely function), is NOT the way to success. -Shower was always flooded. Horrible smell from the sink. There were NO Bathroom amenities and Shower/Shampoo!!! The Hands Soap was enough only for one day (out of the 4 we stayed). No headphone in the shower. -WiFi was on and off. -Cleaning is NOT included (and probably charged extra). -Aircondition position/sheer hits you on top on the head when sleeping at night. Very dangerous to catch a cold at night. -Even though a new property, signs of bad construction quality are becoming evident. -Location was just ok. -Entry and exit from the rooms/building was every time a nightmare with useless automations...
