“Comfortable and practical apartment for a single person or a couple”
A cute studio apartment. Very clean. Loved the outside pool that is available during the summer months. Nice gym and jacuzzi on the 27th floor for adults. Location is great if you wish to explore the historic area of San Telmo.and is within walking distance. Best to order an Uber if you wish to go out or return late at night.

“Excellent property if you want to be in a quiet place but still in the middle of everything.”
Situated in a beautiful part of the city with easy walking access to shops, restaurants and attractions. Very careful attention to detail from Martin the owner who was keen to assure that everything was as good as it could be for us.

“Great building , gym and pools were fab.”
The pool was great. It’s an airbnb which was fine. Laundry is also great . Martín was nice and you could call him if you needed.

“Perfect place to stay near San Telmo”
The spaciousness of the studio. Everything was in good condition. Huge very comfortable bed , good storage facilities for clothes etc. Outside the apartment the gym and swimming facilities were wonderful to use. Further the large number of washing machines and dryers were appreciated. The staff on the gate were thorough and yet friendly. It felt very secure. We liked being near San Telmo market and the National museum.

The location is close to the old downtown and river port, so it is very useful. Also, in the building, there are 2 pools and fitness which you can use.

“Nice clean appartement with excellent facilities in the building”
We loved the heated outdoor pool and the indoor pool and sauna. With a beautiful view. Appartement was very clean.

“Good value for money for travellers not looking to spend to much time in their room”
The complex was very nice, especially the pool in the garden and gym on the 22nd floor was great. The area in it self was not that thrilling, but it was centrally located. Therefore it was easy getting around.

Lovely apartment, grwat pool and a very nice host! Lots of restaurants nearby, very safe neighborhood. Absolutely recommended.
