Amazing location, very nice hosts, laaarge suite if you book the one with a bedroom and living room. Nice big balcony. Very quiet and clean. We stayed for one night and would definitely stay longer. Highly recommend!

I spent two nights in Budva and really enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean, and the property was charming and well maintained. The location is excellent, less than an 8-minute walk from the bus station and also close to the beach. The lady at the reception was very helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice owners, the room was clean, and it’s a good spot for going out to explore the city. Everything was great, free parking as well. We stayed there for two nights in total it was really nice.

Perfect Location, kind staff, good parking!

Close to bus station, the beach and just 15-min walk to the old town. The room is very clean, spacious with a big balcony. The pantry offers good amenities so that you can do simple meals. The personnel is very nice and friendly. We enjoyed the stay here.

“Casual friendly accomodation in heart of the town”

Excellent location, practically in the heart of the city. No more than a 5-minute walk to the promenade, city beaches, cafés, shopping mall, and ATMs. A big advantage is the available parking space, as it’s very difficult to find parking during the high season. Friendly staff.

“Lovely apt and great location for our stay in Budva”

Very well positioned, 4 minutes by walking from the bus station, and very close to the old town as well (no more than a 10 minutes walk). The deluxe room is basically a full apartment with kitchen/living room, a nice balcony and a king-size bedroom. Friendly staff, great value for money.

The room is like on the picture. It had two separate room, which had comfortable beds, cupboard and air conditioning. from both room you could go out to balcony. There was as well a small tea kitchen with fridge. The shower was clean and comfortable. Enough and cosy for couple of days. The location is quite cool as you cool reach with 5mins new center, buses and shopping possibility's. Also walk to old town in Budva just short pleasant walk. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful. The check in was smooth and on time. They also communicate fast and in English. The check out good and we could keep the bags at the place until departure. They even took the plastic bottles for recycling. Next to the property is a very good restaurant "Eatzy" and pat friendly!

Owners were so friendly and room was very clean and tidy. It was much better than I expected.
