“He steals the money be careful”
Do not stop at this person. He steals your money. He asked not to write off the money through the buging and calculate in cash. I did so. After leaving, I was written off the money again through Booking already. He assured me that he would call Booking and solve the problem, but nothing was done in the end. I waited more than two weeks, the money never returned. When I myself contacted Buking, it turned out that no one was contacting a double write -off And on this problem. When I again began to write in Booking myself already notifying them about the problem, the person simply disappeared and stopped responding to messages. Two times I contacted Booking by phone and both times, they called him and wrote to email, but he never answered them. That's all that I can say is not a pure man and a deceiver, I repeat, do not have any business with him

The property is very close to the center and you can find any market nearby. If you want to go to the beach you will walk around 15 minutes. The parking place it is a plus for the property

“Perfect comfortable place to stay several days in Budva.”
The location was very good. A really nice neighborhood where you had coffe shops, markets and bakery. The host Sasha and his mother were very nice and helpfull, always with a smile on the face. The breakfast was very good and you had 6-7 choices everyday. Also they have a place where to park the car. The room was very clean, comfortable bed and completed bathroom with all the needs.

“Nothing good”
The room has a terrible bathroom with a shower that looks like it's 30 years old. There's no ventilation in the toilet, all the towels and bedding smell due to the humidity and bad detergent. The breakfast consists only of eggs or sausages, and the coffee has a strange taste. The water was turned off at night, and the owner and his mother didn't answer the phone, so we had to look for them in the hotel since there was no other way to contact them. Water from the air conditioner drips onto the balcony, and the owner said that's how it should be. Once, they barged into the room after knocking for exactly 3 seconds, with no reason. They ask for payment in cash or by card on the spot to avoid paying a commission to Booking. When we paid in cash, they later asked us to pay through Booking so everything would be official. When we refused, the owner simply canceled our reservation on Booking and said if we didn’t like it, we could get out of his hotel. To your face, the owner Alexander and his mother smile and act kind, but if you mention any problems or issues with payment, they start threatening to evict you from the hotel. We’ve been here for 9 days, and there have been constant problems. This hotel is just terrible.

Everything was just perfect. Dragana, the concierge, was just the most lovely girl on earth. She offered me two different room options during my check in so I could choose the one that would suit me best, she was completely flexible when allowed me to have a late breakfast once I overslept and she saved my life when I couldn't find any ATM machine. The property owners makes you feel like home and their cleaning service is exceptional. My clothes were always folded or hanged perfectly. I truly truly recommend it and if ever in budva again, I'll go back to this place. Bonus: it's a 10min walk from the beach and the best beach club in town.

It is nicely located, 10 min from the beach, very clean, family-owned place. The room had a balcony and I even got an upgraded one with 3 sleeping places.
