The location was perfectly situated a 10 min walk from the old town and several beaches, plenty of supermarkets and loads to do on your doorstep. The property was nicely decorated with everything we needed, toiletries, microwave, toaster, stove etc. The balcony was great and we also had 2 juliet balconies. The entrance to the building was also very welcoming and felt very safe. The pool area was fantastic and the water was the perfect temp. Maja was an excellent host, gave us plenty of recommendations of places to visit, advice on travel, provided cleaning services during our stay and arranged our taxi to and from the apartment. We had a lovely stay and can’t thank her enough!

Our stay was fantastic, Maja the host is extremely helpful, friendly and excellent communication. The apartment is so well equipped, the extra touches such as beach towels and toiletries were excellent. Absolutely everything we could need was available, even umbrellas when it was raining. The apartment was spotless and we loved the quality of the bedding and towels which there were plenty off We can’t recommend the apartment enough and would absolutely stay again. Dedicated parking right outside the apartment was great.

Great little pool area, lovely apartments, clean and modern with everything you need. Handy little shop next door for essentials and a short walk to the old town and the beaches.

Everything was ready and very clean. The location is also good, you can reach the old town by walking in 12min. If we will come back to Budva for vacation, I will stay here again. Also, Maja is very helpful and my point of you, she really love doing this job. ☺️

Everything - friendly host Maja gave great info at check in, location is ideal, wonderful bakery down the road (called Good Food), super clean, with all facilities you'd need. Didn't have a chance to use the pool (as it was a short stay) but expect it would have been lovely, next time!

Communication was excellent. Amy queries were answered promptly. Maja arranged transfers from the airport which was very helpful. The apartment was very clean with everything we needed I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay at Sun N Sea Apartments in Budva and could not have asked for a better host. From the moment we arrived, Maja was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. Such a delightful young lady — always happy to help, full of useful local knowledge, and genuinely dedicated to making sure guests have the best possible experience. The apartment itself was excellent: spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located right in the centre of Budva. Everything you need is literally just a few steps away, including a supermarket and an amazing 24-hour bakery/coffee and pastry shop, which was incredibly convenient and quickly became one of our favourite spots. The location made it easy to explore Budva on foot while still being peaceful and comfortable. Combined with such exceptional hospitality, this stay exceeded all expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Sun N Sea Apartments to anyone visiting Budva. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable and memorable!

The apartment is just like the photos. There is varied equipment in the kitchen and in the bathroom, everything is clean and new. Helpful and friendly staff! Quiet location! Free parking place!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Parking space was reversed to our name. The old town is 10 minutes walking from apartment, and the market is very close. Maja is a good communicator and she helped us with everything. Definitely recommended.

Beautiful top floor apartment with 2 balconies . Very modern and totally well equipped with everything you need and spotless clean. Washing machines on ground floor free to use with powder supplied . Maia, the manager lives on site and was so helpful. Recommended restaurants and surrounding areas. Small supermarkets next door for all essentials, shut all day Sunday. So Maia gave us milk to keep us going! 24 hour bakery at bottom of hill. Fabulous food

“Perfect place to discover Budva – highly recommended!”

We stayed here for six nights and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was in excellent condition, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you might need. Both bedrooms had air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. The pool area was perfect for relaxing and cooling off after a day out. There are several parking spaces right in front of the building, all covered by camera surveillance, so we always felt secure. The street is a dead end, so there is little traffic. The location is great: you can easily walk to the beach and the old town in about 10-15 minutes. There’s also a small but well-stocked supermarket right next door, which was very convenient for daily shopping. Most importantly, we want to highlight the outstanding hospitality of our host, Maja. We have rarely met someone as friendly, professional, and genuinely caring as her. She was always available to help, responded to every question immediately, and gave us fantastic tips for restaurants and things to do in the area. She truly made us feel at home. We highly recommend this place!

The apartment was perfect – very clean and beautifully furnished, with everything we needed. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, providing us with detailed instructions and assistance with everything. Everything is very well maintained, and the pool is wonderful with sun loungers (one day we didn’t even go to the beach because it was so nice). The location of the apartment is fantastic – just about 10 minutes from the beach and also close to the old town. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to everyone.
