We had an absolutely wonderful stay and cannot thank the entire team enough for making our holiday so special. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to what we were told was one of the best rooms in the hotel. The room was stunning, and the balcony view was simply breathtaking. Waking up to that view every morning was one of the highlights of our trip. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the people. Every single member of staff, from the reception team to the restaurant staff and housekeeping, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care were exceptional. We were travelling with our 2-year-old child, and the love and affection shown to our little one was heartwarming. Everyone took the time to interact with our baby, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. The food was another highlight of our stay. The breakfast was exceptional, with a huge variety of fresh and delicious options available every morning. There was something for everyone, and we genuinely looked forward to breakfast each day. The hotel's restaurant was also fantastic, serving some of the best Italian food we have had in a long time. The location was excellent as well. In addition to the hotel's own restaurant, there were plenty of other great restaurants within walking distance, along with shops where you could easily pick up any essentials you might need during your stay. The hotel's private beach was beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. One of our favourite moments each day was taking an evening walk between the hotel and the beach. The atmosphere was magical, especially at night, and incredibly relaxing. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and created memories that we will cherish for a long time. We truly felt cared for throughout our stay and cannot wait to return.

Super recommended, location is perfect not far from budva but not in the caos of the city, a nice promenade in front of the hotel. The Duomo restaurant is incredibly good

This was not only the best hotel of our trip, but honestly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We arrived the day after my wife’s birthday, and the hotel made the experience truly unforgettable. They upgraded our room to one with a huge terrace and an incredible view, prepared a small gift, and even gave us a handwritten birthday card for my wife. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive. Special thanks to Maria (if I remember the name correctly) from the reception, who took great care of us during our stay. The breakfast was outstanding - easily one of the best we’ve ever had. The breakfast room itself is magnificent, the variety of options is huge, and the staff constantly make sure everything is perfect. This hotel alone is a reason for us to come back to Montenegro.

Extremely disappointing experience for a hotel claiming to be 5 stars. We paid nearly €500 for 4 nights and honestly, it was far from worth the price. First issue: the TV. No Netflix, no streaming platforms, and the Chromecast didn’t work either, so I couldn’t even connect my phone. It took me TWO DAYS of insisting before someone finally installed Netflix something that could apparently be done in 5 minutes. During a very rainy week, this was incredibly frustrating. Second issue: the sauna/gym area. We encountered fully naked guests walking around, and staff said absolutely nothing despite children being present in the hotel. Very uncomfortable and inappropriate. Third issue: breakfast and staff communication. My husband and I clearly explained multiple times that we do not eat pork or meat. We were told scrambled eggs only contained vegetables, but they actually contained pork. Instead of apologizing, one employee argued and gave inconsistent explanations. Even worse, when we requested takeaway breakfast bags for our early flight and again specified no meat or pork, we received pork sandwiches. Another major problem was the hot water. The hotel warns you to wait 10–15 minutes between showers, but they fail to mention you only get around 5 minutes of hot water. Completely unacceptable for a supposed luxury hotel. Housekeeping was also poor: the bed was simply remade every day without actually changing the sheets, even when requested. The only positive point was one receptionist who genuinely apologized and kindly offered us a fruit platter after the breakfast incident. Overall, this hotel does NOT deserve 5 stars. Poor service, poor communication, lack of professionalism, and nowhere near the standard expected for the price paid. I would not recommend it.

I specifically booked and paid for a higher-quality room through Booking, but the staff assigned me a completely different room that did not match my reservation. This was very disappointing and unacceptable, as I did not receive what I had paid for.
