The hotel is incredibly cozy, beautifully decorated in a marine style, and located right in the authentic old town. The room was compact but had absolutely everything I needed. There is also a common area with a lovely, fully equipped kitchen. Although I didn't cook, it was a wonderful space to just hang out and unwind after a busy day. The hosts, Nenad and Branka, are wonderfully hospitable. I found Nenad’s tips about the surrounding area extremely helpful—he told me how to easily get to the sights, which restaurants serve delicious yet affordable food, which beaches are more comfortable, and so on. I definitely recommend Sailor House!

The property of the location is just perfect. It is situated right in the old town and everything is on walking distance. It could be a little tricky to find it at first but once you get there you will be greeted by the amazing hosts who will guide you through everything. They are an awesome couple and will recommend all the places that you need to see. They gave us a map and explained how to move about to make the most of our stay. The room was beautiful, we loved the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again if we plan to come back.

The hosts (Branca and Ananat) were lovely - probably the best part of our trip! and also the stay was cosy with kitchenette to make your meals if you feel like. It is located right in the Old Town and it has easy access to all the spots around.

“Convenient, comfortable and charming friendly stay”

Amazing location in the centre of the old town, 1 min walk from the main square, surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops, but not noisy, walking distance to Mogren beach or the marina. Hosts were really friendly and helpful giving lots of great recommendations, many of which we utilised. Room was clean with comfortable bed and air conditioning with cute decor. Bathroom was well equipped, excellent shower water pressure.

The hosts at the place we stayed were truly wonderful people—they even gave us a small orientation about the city and the Old Town. We visited during the carnival period and specifically chose to stay in the Old Town, but it’s definitely a place you can stay at any time of the year. If you’re looking for a hotel with great value for money, I highly recommend it. Both the check-in and check-out processes were very easy and smooth. I would absolutely recommend it, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Many thanks again to the hosts for such a great experience.

Our stay in Montenegro was truly exceptional. Easily one of the best accommodations we’ve ever experienced. The location in the Old Town was perfect, with all the main attractions just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient to explore. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. What really made this experience unforgettable, though, were the hosts, Nenad and Branka. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, treating us like family from the moment we arrived. It had been a long time since we experienced such genuine hospitality, and it meant so much to us. They were incredibly kind and took the time to share helpful tips and local insights, which allowed us to make the most of our trip. My husband and I are so glad we chose to stay here and had the chance to meet such wonderful people. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again on our next visit.

I was met at the property by the owners after a relatively short walk in to the old town. They greeted me even though my arrival was heavily delayed. They shared history about Budva and Montenegro and gave me a great overview of the old town. The hospitality was very good. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Restaurants and beaches were only a short walk away and it was nice and quiet in the room even though it was situated in the middle of Old Town Budva.

everything was perfect. The hodt was amazing and super helpful, he even helped us navigate the city and find the best spots in town. He really makes you feel at home. Nothing more we could ask for. Perfect location nesr everything and super clean snd nice room.

First I’d like to start by saying that the whole experience was perfect. We texted the hosts our arrival time and they were perfectly prepared for the check-in. What surprised us the most was that Nenad sat us down when chcecking in, he printed a map of the city and told us many MANY useful information, based on which we planned our whole stay in Budva and it came out perfectly. The room was very clean and cozy, great views and it had everything we needed. The location is perfect, you can get anywhere in matter of minutes. Lastly, when checking out we had a great chat with both Nenad and Branka, the owners of place, and I have never met people that work in tourism so humble and so devoted to do their job perfectly. It really made the whole experience even better.

The owners Branka and Nenad were excellent They explained us everything required in Budva so we succeed to complit our tour in one day. The place is in the Middle of the old city Big advantage.

We had a great stay here, with the hosts being very accommodating and helpful. Fab location and a nice large room with a separate kitchen area. Lots of nice touches to make us feel at home. Recommend.

That is really one lovely place. The beach is close, center of the Old city, very nice vibe of leaving in the Red Harbour, but clean 😄 Hosts are most friendly people in the world. They were always in touch and helped a lot.
