We booked these apartments six months in advance - back in November 2025 for our stay in April 2026. The evening before check-in, we contacted the host to confirm our arrival time and received a response that everything was fine. However, on the morning of our arrival, the host informed us that check-in was no longer possible due to overbooking. No clear or reasonable explanation was provided. The host claimed there were only 3 apartments available, while the system showed 4, but why this discrepancy was not checked in advance remains unclear. We were traveling with a child and were left in a very difficult situation - forced to urgently search for alternative accommodation on the same day, which was significantly more expensive than booking in advance. The host did not offer any solution, alternative accommodation, or assistance. Instead, we were asked to cancel the booking ourselves so that the host could avoid responsibility. What is especially concerning is that the reservation was ultimately canceled without our consent, and in Booking’s message the reason was stated as “an unclear reason provided by the property.” This situation suggests either poor management of availability or deliberate overbooking practices. Unfortunately, this was a very negative experience. We do not recommend this property, especially if you are traveling with children or relying on the reliability of your reservation.

Place was quite big, even the couch in the living room was comfy enough. Location is nice, around 10 minutes walk to the old town. You can also use parking with a fee (i didnt had a car so i dont remember the price).

The location was excellent—very close to the Old Town of Budva. The hospitality was wonderful, and they kindly provided a baby crib for free, which was a big plus for us. I would highly recommend this place!

check in was easy, messaged the property and a woman came quite quickly. The location is great, 10-15 min walk to the bus station and equally to the old town. The flat was clean and we had a nice view from the balcony. (flat 4)

Questionable bathroom. The shower had what looked like mould or rust there pretty sure jt was mould and I didn't feel enthusiastic about using it. The apartment it self is good but I do believe it needs some upgrades such as better bedding, and not putting two single covers on a double/queen size bed. That drives me crazy. Just buy a doona( duvet) for a double bed and make it nice. Also recommend any blankets etc to be a nice plain colour not patterned. It's okay for a night ir two but I wouldn't spend a couple weeks there unless I was looking for something on a budget.

Fantastic value for money, and everything was excellent. Great views from the balcony, great kitchen and spacious apartment. Quite close to the old town and everything else central in Budva. No complaints!

The accomodation is near Old Town and the beach. It's very clean and modern. The parking is in front of the building. The hosts are responsive and hospitable. We were on the third floor with a sea view.
