Really spacious and well equipped apartment. Good location, really close to the beach. There are some grocery shops not far from apartment and cafes. The host is really nice and gave us some recommendations what worth seeing

“Luxury apartment”

It is in a very good location about 50 meters from the sea (the street to the sea is not very tidy and full of trash)! Clean, modern and very comfortable! They clean and change the towels every day! When we arrived, there was food and drinks in the fridge! Automatic coffee maker full of coffee which was refilled in case of weight loss! Underground garage is available for 20€/day! Dragan, the owner, was very kind and helpful! I can only recommend it to everyone!

The apartment is in a convenient location. It is airy, bright and comfortable. Staff and owner are hospitable, friendly and helpful. Daily cleaning provides essential amenities. They even provide a first meal and a bottle of wine to welcome guests which was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. Recommended.

The apartment is good size, clean and comfortable. The owner was very helpful. Book your parking spot at the apartment if you are travelling by car.

Location of the apartment is amazing, close to old town, beach, bus station, shops and restaurants. It is very clean and facilities are good. Communication with host was so easy and she responded messages so fast. She helped us to arrange taxi and even helped us with storage of our luggage for few hours after check-out. I will definitely stay there again if I come back to Budva.

The apartment is part of the Hotel, which has a very affordable restaurant. Our arrangement did not include breakfast, but the price of breakfast is 5.5€, which is very affordable.

The host met us at the property and explained the key features. He had kept up great contact on the phone up to the point of arrival. There were some great basic food in the apartment for us ; bread, eggs etc … this was much appreciated.

The location is great, near the beach and the old town. The apartment was perfect for our needs (three adults and two children). We didn’t miss a thing. The host was very friendly and helpful. As we arrived quite late, we were very grateful to have some food and drinks waiting for us.

“Great spacious apartments for family with kids”

Arrived based on gps coordinates, but it was a bit troublesome to find exact door. Luckily after I messaged property, I got answer and host came in 2 minutes with keys. We were allowed to get in 2hrs earlier, which is nice. Property has good facilities including all you need: dishwasher, washing machine, 2 coffee machines, kitchen with all stuff. Towels, umbrellas, shampoo and soap. A lot of stuff needed for living. Some food including bottle of vine free of charge. Location is just great - 100 meters from the sea, shop and a lot of restaurants. Good wifi included, google TV as well. Room services each day.

Good location, a lot of shops/restaurants around the building. The flat is perfectly furnished, you can find whatever you need inside. Very light bedroom and good bathroom with bath.

Everything is like it should be. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and check in went fast and smoothly. The appartment was spacious, clean and was fully equiped with home accessories, nothing was missing. Very friendly cleaning lady came every morning and made sure that all demands were fullfield. There is a private underground garage so you do not have to worry were to leave the car. The position is central so everything is in walking distance. Final impression was...a excellent holiday!
