Beds were comfortable, they clean the room everyday (however it means changing the towels every day, even if we didn't ask for it, and using single use small plastic bottles). The view is very nice, and from the hotel you can directly access downtown (beach, restaurants).

This place changed our perception of Montenegro for the better. The hotel, while obviously not new (the doors are old, the locks require keys, not cards), was well-maintained. Pure white walls, gleaming floors, and always-clean mirrors. Our room had a panoramic balcony window with the best view of the entire beach and mountains. And the round window in the bathroom also overlooked the sea, reminiscent of a ship's cabin. Yes, to get downstairs, we had to take two elevators. But for such a view, it was no problem. Breakfast was in the restaurant downstairs. A wide selection—three kinds of cooked eggs, fruit, sweets, and various pastries. The rooftop pool had a fantastic view. Of course, towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas were complimentary. There was also a bar and a jacuzzi. Free parking was available at the top of the hotel, on several levels. Cleaning was done every day at the time we went to breakfast.

Lovely sunset view from the room and balcony. Comfortable bed. Nice staff. Very clean hotel. Many options for breakfast. Breakfast served on the outdoor terrace with a beautiful view over Rafailovici. Beautiful view over Rafailovici from the outdoor swimming pool on the 6th floor. We really enjoyed our stay and we'd happily return to Ponta Nova.

Dear Booking.com Support, I am writing to formally request your assistance regarding a serious issue with my reservation at Punta Nova Hotel, Montenegro. My husband and I booked and paid for a specific room through Booking.com, with a total payment of €269.64. We made our reservation based on the room description and photos displayed on your platform. However, upon arrival at Punta Nova Hotel in Montenegro, we were given a room that was not the same as the one we had booked and paid for. The room differed from what was advertised and did not meet the expectations created by the booking. When I spoke with the hotel staff, I was informed that a refund would be arranged. Unfortunately, I was not provided with any confirmation or evidence that this would actually happen, which has left me concerned that the refund may never be processed. The situation was extremely disappointing and was handled in a way that made us feel ignored and disrespected as paying guests. We travelled expecting to receive the accommodation we selected and paid for, but instead we were placed in a different room and left without a satisfactory solution. I respectfully request that Booking.com investigate this matter and assist me in obtaining a full refund of €269.64. As a customer, I relied on the accuracy of the listing and fulfilled my payment obligations in full. I believe it is only fair that I receive a refund for accommodation that did not match the reservation.
