The apartment was amazing with an incredible view of the Old Town. The location is within walking distance of the Old Town. The parking space was also a big plus for us. The host was very kind!

“Safe and great place with amazing view!”

I had a truly wonderful stay at Belvedere Apartments, and what stood out the most to me was the warm welcome I received from Boban himself. I was traveling solo, and it meant a lot to feel so personally taken care of, he even arranged a more affordable transfer for me, which I really appreciated. The apartment was spotless, with all the amenities you could need: including a washing machine and even laundry capsules, which was such a thoughtful touch. There are air conditioners, and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The location is great: very safe and just a 7-minute walk down to the Old Town. The uphill walk back can be a little challenging in the heat, especially if you have health concerns or extra weight, but it’s totally manageable. As a solo female traveler, I felt incredibly safe and comfortable here. Bob Ann is a genuinely kind and attentive host, and staying here was one of the best decisions of my trip. The view from the balcony is just amazing! you can see the old town, seafront etc and is beautiful day and night. Apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. The host was lovely and helpful and assisted with arranging transport to the airport. Old town is about a 10 min walk down some steps through a residential area- it is dark at night but feels very safe as is a main route for many people. Uphill isn't as bad as you think its going to be! there is an alternative longer route if you prefer without steps. We would recommend this apartment and host!

The view was beautiful. The apartment was very well equipped. The owner was very friendly, we had new towels after 2 day's. He also offered to take us to the airport.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The apartment was spacious, very clean, tastefully decorated, and just a 10-minute walk from Avala Beach and the Old Town of Budva. The balcony offered a beautiful sea view, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Boban (the host) was incredibly welcoming and helpful — we highly recommend this place!

The apartment exceeded our expectations, everything is arranged so that the guest can feel comfortable. There was everything we needed, well-equipped kitchen, lots of storage for clothes, comfortable beds and a large balcony with the best view in Budva! Boban is a super host and very kind person who has thought of every detail. I really recommend this apartment!

Everything was great

Great location and very nice host. The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is very quiet, just a few minutes walk to the city center or the beach, there is a grocery store right next to it, there is a parking space next to the apartment. The view from the terrace is fantastic. We highly recommend it. I hope we will definitely come back someday.
