“Wonderful stay and facilities with amazing hosts”
the studio was really confortable, very well equipped. The owner are amazing, they respond quickly during the day for any doubts or information needed. We loved the pool/sauna area. Overall we loved our stay, we would absolutely come back and would highly recommend to any visitor of Budva.

We were absolutely happy to stay in Marina's hotel and we plan on coming back here again! Marina responded promptly to our requests and was always there for us and really made us feel welcomed! I was stunned how well equipped the apartment was: a washing machine, an electric coffe maker, an electric kettle, all the necessary crockery, cutlery, pans and saucepans! They even provided some salt, sugar, vegetable oil and instant coffee and in some apartments even a Lavazza coffee machine and a welcome kit of coffee pods and herbal teas! We absolutely enjoyed our sunny terrace - it's quite big, one can sunbathe there in private and enjoy all the meals - there is a lovely and practical sun cover that allows you to enjoy your meal or a book on the terrace even when it's hot and sunny! There is a drying rack there as well to dry your towels and swimming suits. We visited in May and I personally was really blessed with the shared swimming pool with the heated water in it as the Adriatic sea is too cold for me personally to swim in until at least mid July. Another feature I really enjoyed were sunbeds on the real grass around the swimming pool - I really couldn't get enough of the swimming pool and sunbeds! The area where the hotel is located can be compared to a British high street - it's full of shops, supermarkets cafés and bakeries - and yet you don't hear the noise from the street in your hotel room/apartment! The hotel is only about 8 minute walk from the bus station, which is really convenient. It's great value for money! We absolutely recommend it!

“Great stay”
Absolutely spot on! From the day of booking until checked out. Superb communication from the owner's. Wonderful, spacious apartment with little outside sitting area. Bed extra large, very comfortable,extra blankets, pillow etc. Large sofa bed next to it. Air-conditioning. Good walking in shower. Kitchen well equipped,fridge, kettle, cutlery,all sorts of glasses ( shot one included 😉),plates,bowls,coffe sets etc. Iron/ironing board, hairdryer,towels also included. Literally there was nothing missing! There's a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, picnic area as well.Walking distance to shops, restaurants,beach,old town. Couldn't fault this place even if I tried. Big thanks to Marina and Vladimir.

“Nice stay”
The location is quiet and very tidy. There are a big supermarket, cafes, affordable restaurants and bars near by. Good equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. An awesome terrace!!! Host was nice and tried her best to satisfy us guests. I have used the sauna and enjoyed it very much. Thank you for a nice stay 😁

“Great stay in Budva”
Since the rating system changed to a self-assessed 1–10 scale instead of being based on a series of questions, it's easy to be misled by overly high reviews. That's not the case here. We travel a lot, and this place definitely met our expectations. It was clean, quiet, had a well-equipped kitchen, available coffee, free and safe parking, pleasant atmosphere, and a very helpful owner. Plus, there's a sauna available on request. Definitely worth a visit. A truly solid rating and a strong recommendation

“A fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless, fully equipped, and felt like home. Marina is a thoughtful and helpful hos”
The apartment was extremely clean, cozy, and fully equipped with absolutely everything – soap, cleaning products, toiletries, coffee, an electric kettle, cotton pads, cotton swabs, nail polish remover, and even laundry detergent. We didn’t need to bring a thing – we just unpacked and felt at home right away.The host, Marina, was incredibly kind and always available. When we mentioned the limited closet space, she immediately brought us a clothing rack. The pool was clean and inviting, and there was free parking right in front of the apartment. The location was also perfect – with restaurants, supermarkets, and a bakery just outside the gate.
