The place is actually quite simple. Don't expect any lux. It's just a bed, functioning A/C, a toilet and a terrace in the back, which is half shared with the other flats. The place is OK to spend a night or two, if you are in high season and look for something affordable. It's 200meters from the bus station, which is convenient if you arrive late or tired. There are shops and cheap restaurants in the nearby. In 20 min you can reach the old town

It was dirty, there were still others’ hairs in the bed. The doors were plastic and it didn’t felt very safe.

Close to bus stop and lots of food options. Was awesome to have a kitchenette as eating out can get expensive in budva! Very easy to check in and host was quick to respond with our questions and needs :)

The location is good. The room is small, just enough if you are for a short stay, though it has acees to a backyard, which was rather convenient. Good size and comfortable bad. Easy late check-in

“Good location for Bus Station”
Check-in & Check-out was easy. Location is good for the Bus Station but a longer walk to the Old Town. Near cafes, bakeries & supermarkets. We stayed 3 nights. 2 nights were quiet but one night we were woken by drunk girls. It was my birthday during our stay - I asked for recommendations for restaurants & the owner kindly replied with suggestions. Thank you.

It was very clean and comfortable. We were very pleased in terms of price and performance. It was better to talk to the landlord via WhatsApp. We entered our room ourselves and the key was inside. It was very practical and nice. Our room was on the ground floor and had a garden. It was very nice. I only waited for the sounds because we were at the entrance, but other than that I was very pleased. The landlord was also polite and helpful.

Convenient location, 10 minutes to the sea. on foot. We were checked in a couple of hours earlier. The owner is very friendly, there were malfunctions in the room, but he quickly fixed them.
