“Good size apartment with lovely views of Budva”
The apartment was clean and comfortably furnished. We enjoyed the balcony with the pleasant view of the sea and surrounding hills. It was good to have an elevator in the building. There was private parking under a building about 50m up the hill. We could easily walk downhill to the Old Town, though it was a bit of a hike to come back. The bedroom had lots of storage space. The bathroom was a good size as was the living room area. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.

“Lovely stay close to the plces of attraction as well as good connectivity”
Katerina and her team took really good care of us. They helped us with all our queries and even shared a list of trusted taxi drivers who we stuck to (which i recommend all to do in order to get ripped off). The room was spectacular - the furnishing, the fittings, etc. were probably as good as a 5-star hotel. The breakfast spread was also nice - cold cuts, eggs, fruits, cereal, crepes, toast.

Great view over bay & mountains. Good position less than 10 min walk from old town & the small, pretty Mogren beaches. Breakfast was good. Yes there is a 3 minute uphill walk at the end to get back to hotel, we are fit late '60s & found it fine in heat of August. Worth it for view !

“Great hotel near the old town”
Property is close to the old town. Easy few minutes walk down the hill. Great views from the balcony. Breakfast was great with plenty of of food and good variety. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

“Amazing Staff with good location”
Only 5-6 minutes walking distance to Old town. The most amazing staff that I have ever seen. They were so helpful in all matters. Rooms are big enough and very clean. Breakfast is way above average.

“A great place to stay in Budva”
A nice and modern apartment with great location (view of the sea, some minutes walking from old town and closest beaches). The place was clean (price includes daily cleaning) and the staff was super kind. Breakfast is brilliant! On top of that we had a parking lot in a parking garage. Highly recommended!

The place is great, the same as the picture. Extremely clean and the location is great. It exceeded my expectations. It's obvious that a lot of work and money has been invested and over time the place is maintained, not abandoned. The lady at the reception was extremely kind and competent.

I liked: - Close location to old town - Very good breakfasts (a lot of food, very helpful service, good quality) - Beautiful view for Budva City and sea - Quiet apartment (sometimes we heard people but it was not very loud) - apartament is very clean and comfortable - a lot of storage space - 24 h open reception
