“HEAVEN ON EARTH”

I have no words to describe how incredible this place is – it's truly heaven on earth! My friends and I spent one night here, and we were all speechless because we never expected to find such a stunning place. Everything is beautifully maintained, and you can tell that the owners have poured their hearts and souls into this project. They are such lovely people, and their dedication shines through in every detail. The breakfast was an absolute 10/10, and we also had the chance to enjoy the jacuzzi, the gym, and the sports area, where we played calcetto and bocce. We loved every moment of our stay and can't wait to plan another escape from the city with friends. Highly recommended!

We loved this beautiful agriturismo. ** Let me start by saying that we are always looking for peace and quiet; and of course we read in the reviews about the traffic sounds from the nearby road. For us personally the property itself offers this sense of peace and it makes up for the traffic noise you do hear, mostly during the day. It's not overwhelming as it's not a highway, but it is there. With the windows closed you don't hear anything at all during the night. ** the b&b is quite new (opened in 2019) and the room is one of the best we've ever stayed in: spacious, modern, luxurious. You have a lovely private patio area where you can read or relax. The bathroom has all you need and more, with a nice walk in shower. ** the bed is large and has an incredibly good quality mattress, I would have taken it home if that were possible. No doubt, the best bed ever in a hotel! ** safe, spacious covered parking ** lovely breakfast. You order whatever you like, it's all there.  We like this idea of not wasting food. ** Jader and Franka were our hosts and they were helpful, friendly, providing us with all the information we needed (I practised my Italian while talking to them, but they do also speak a good amount of english). ** water is available, it is included (also sparkling water). I liked that we didn't have to bother with making sure we had water to drink ** we stayed here because of a fair in Bologna. The fiera area was easy to get to by car (25 min). It was nice to enjoy the peace and quiet of Podere Amati after a busy day. ** Budrio is close and has several options for dinner. The hosts will make the reservation for you if you ask them to

“A home from home in a convenient and accessible spot”

The hosts were very helpful and hospitable. Our room was large and so was the comfortable bed. The breakfast was plentiful and prepared to order, including many home-made cakes and biscuits- yummy! We were given advice on restaurants, parking etc. and access to all communal areas, but with a private entrance. Although very close to a busy road, an advantage for our return to the airport and easy access to cities such as Bologna and Modena, the insulation and glazing kept the noise outside and we were not disturbed at night (with windows closed)

“Beautiful place to stay”

The hosts were amazing, especially Franca, she even helped look after my 10 month old so I could have a tea in peace. The hosts were so welcoming, it was like living with family. The rooms were clean and the property was lovely. Being on a farm, it was very quiet and felt safe. Never had to worry about car parking. We really enjoyed our stay there. Not far from the town centre or Bologna

The host and hostess are absolutely charming and immediately made us feel welcome and at home with every possible facility. The room was spacious, beautifully furnished and an extremely comfortable bed. The patio very pleasant and well furnished affording a private entrance to the room. An excellent breakfast perfectly presented and freshly prepared at a time of our choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the surrounding area which was a very convenient location for visiting Bologna,Ravenna and other cities.

Very hospitable and helpful owners. Great breakfast. Not very picturesque countryside setting and farm was not a working farm. Rooms were large and comfortable however the temperature couldn’t be controlled from the room. The owners were really nice and helped us with our restaurant to reservation and recommended where to buy local produce to take home.
