A spacious, clean, and very comfortable room. The house is located in a quiet, green, and clean neighborhood. Having a private parking space is a convenience. Excellent communication with the hosts.

We really enjoy the stay :) room was beautiful, everything was new and clean. The bed was the best, we slept like in heaven ( cant get out of the bed in the morning :D ) and we really like the service (fridge in the room, hudge shower, free private parking and breakfast available whole day) the only thing we miss a little bit was something not sweet for breakfast :) but croissants with coffee were great. Also the Budrio surprised us, it was very nice and we feel typical italian atmosphere here ❤️ thank you so much

“Modern new place very near Bologna”
This was an excellent place to stay with all the boxes checked - parking, breakfast and lots of beds for our kids. Everything was in working order, clean and recently renovated. Very high quality. We got there a little early and it was no problem getting the key before heading out to Bologna.
