Overview
Residence Sardegnasummer is 1.5 km outside of the town of Budoni and only 5 minutes' drive from Agrustos beach. Built in 2010, it features self-catering apartments with furnished patios. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed. It also features a fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom. The patio has a table and chairs and a view of the garden. The Sardegnasummer Residence offers a laundry service and has a BBQ in its garden. The owner can accompany guests to Olbia or Alghero Airports on request. You will find plenty of shops, restaurants and clubs in Budoni. Free parking is provided and San Teodoro is 10 minutes' drive away. There is a go-carting circuit 1 km away.

“A truly wonderful stay - perfect for families!”
We stayed at this lovely aparthotel as a family with our 2-year-old daughter, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The residence is beautifully and tastefully decorated – not the usual bland or generic furnishings you often find elsewhere. Everything has been thoughtfully designed and arranged with a great eye for style and comfort. The bed was extremely comfortable, with high-quality linens, and the entire apartment was spotless and exceptionally well-organized. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They provided us with a fantastic baby welcome pack, which included a crib, high chair, changing table, baby bathtub – and even a sweet little gift for our daughter, which was such a thoughtful touch. The common areas are well-maintained, and the pool is absolutely beautiful. There’s also a lovely jacuzzi, perfect for some relaxation. We especially appreciated the children’s play area – a great addition that made our daughter very happy and added to the family-friendly atmosphere. They were also very flexible with our check-in and check-out times, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended for anyone – especially families traveling with young children! A special thanks to all the team at reception, and especially to Astrid, who was always available and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We’ll definitely come back on our next trip to Europe!

“Amazing, loved this place!”

It was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and it was easy to cook your own meals there. The pool area was also clean and the sun beds and parasols were nice and always available. There was a supermarket across the street which was very convenient. The restaurant up the road was very good. I would recommend a car if you stay here. It is a good location if you are planning on exploring the Island.

“Great base for a family”
Price was very reasonable and apartment was a good size but do need to be aware as stated in the ad that the sheets, ac and child's cot were all additional charges but again were reasonable.

The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The kitchen was well equipped and there is a small supermarket right next to the residence. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the beautiful terrace.
