“Awful food and unsatisfactory facilities”

I don't usually feel compelled to leave reviews but there are lots of problems here. It seems there has been some kind of re-brand from "tui Blue" to "M-club" to try to shake off previous poor reviews (which we didn't see until after the holiday), so we left our holiday feeling unsatisfied and short changed. The primary issue is the food, which is revolting. On the first day the "food truck" served a raw microwaved burger to my 8-year old daughter. We only tried dinner once and decided against returning due to the food and wine quality; we ate out every night after. The breakfast is also largely uninviting, and any time you decide to show up at the hotel restaurant it isn't possible to find a clean table. The coffee machines were spewing out unidentifiable black refuse. The kid's play area was "closed for maintenance" the entire time we were there, so this was an advertised facility that was unavailable. The pool is nice enough but the floor surface around the pool is very slippy, several children including my daughter slipped just walking around (not running). It is quite dangerous. On the second night the smoke alarm of the adjacent room was going off all night which meant we all had a terrible night's sleep. The reception staff were friendly but all other staff around the facility were very rude (especially the cleaners) and barely grunted at you in response to any questions or comments. This is not a 4-star hotel. The food is total slop and the facilities and entertainment are extremely limited.

The service was really good. Everyone was very welcoming and thoughtful. Morena, the receptionist, was very personable to me and my wife. The buffet was good and had decent options for my wife's gluten sensitivity. The bartenders did an excellent job with what they had as well. Loved the availability of different things to do for both me and my wife's tastes. Good balance of comfort and activity.

All the services were available in the village, the food was good and the staff was very friendly. We did an excursion with a TUI group and it was easy to book.

“Excellent stay!”

The hotel is a bit remote from the town so you’d need a car to get anywhere like other restaurants or shops. But otherwise the hotel is excellent for the beach. You literally walk out of your hotel room and a few minutes later you’re at a beautiful beach. The sand can be a bit pebbly but there’s also nice sand. And the water is nice and clear. There’s a few hotels nearby and life guards. The hotel seemed peaceful and mostly families, a lot of babies and toddlers, couples and older people. We were really surprised as how peaceful it was! No issues getting any sun beds at the beach, maybe harder at the swimming pool. One of the best things was the food which was excellent for all three meals, we loved it so much, one of the best buffet style places we’ve been to, there’s so much choice and so tasty. The staff are really great too. We also loved the yoga classes and water hiit etc classes throughout the day. Also, we heard that if you want to book into the second restaurant which is Al carte (don’t need to book into the buffet) you can do it on the TUI app 3 days in advance. A lot of people couldn’t get tables short notice. Also loved the fact that the trees provide a lot of shade towards the entrance to the beach if you need it! And some walks by the beach you can take to other villages. There’s a car rental and excursions from the hotel.

Great food!

Very convenient location just 200m to the sea. If you enjoy all-inklusive settings and not want to worry about anything, especially with kids, then this place is great. Beautiful lobby, aqua splash park for kids, nice pool, nice beach. Food choices at buffet very rich, lots of fresh fruit, everything labeled with allergens and ingredients. Also in case you are vegan they have several choices. Staff is great. The kitchen staff especially, the chefs took time to explain what food can be eaten when lactose intolerant, and even prepared something fresh for my partner. Very attentive! Much appreciated. We had a late flight back and the staff let us stay in the property after check-out time so we could enjoy beach and pool a bit longer. That was great!
