“Great apartment, great pool, great host!”

Lovely comfy apartment with a gorgeous pool. The hosts, Giuseppe/Paloma, couldn’t have been any more helpful and nice to deal with.

Location was good , beds were comfy , air con works well , pool area clean and lovely

“Relaxing break in Budoni”

The apartment is located in a calm street and the supermarket 5 minutes away on foot. The host was very helpful and forthcoming regarding everything. The closest beach is just a 5 minute drive from the apartment. Access to a big pool just across the street.

We spent a very nice part of our vacation in this accommodation! Very kind owners, the arrangement was very pleasant and easy. The apartment contained everything we needed, it was cleaned and very well prepared. A very pleasant place for a holiday. The house is located in a quiet part of the city, not far from the accommodation there is a Spar with groceries and a restaurant. We really enjoyed using the beautiful pool, which is just across the quiet street next door. Beautiful surroundings, flowers and a clean pool with a very pleasant water temperature! We would love to come back here again!

“Pool area was nice but the accommodation wasn't”

Our family of four recently spent eight days in Budoni, Sardinia, and while there were some enjoyable aspects of our stay, there were also several areas that left much to be desired. Positive Aspects: Location: The location was excellent, with easy access to some breathtaking coastal spots. It made exploring the area very convenient. Pool Area: The pool area was a highlight of our stay. With plenty of shady spots and loungers, we spent nearly every day there, and our kids absolutely loved it. View: The view from the main bedroom was stunning, offering a beautiful panorama of the mountains. Patio: The elevated patio allowed us to catch a refreshing breeze, which was much appreciated given the heat. Amenities: The accommodation was equipped with cleaning materials, sufficient hangers in the cupboards, and hooks in the bathrooms for towels, all of which added to our comfort. Parking: We usually found parking available right in front of our unit, which was convenient. Barbecue Facilities: The barbecue facilities were available and worked well, though we did encounter some issues (more on that below). Host Support: Our hosts were welcoming and provided us with all the basic information we needed upon arrival. They also kept us informed about local events during our stay and responded to our messages, addressing our most pressing concerns as best they could. Kitchen: The kitchen was generally well-equipped in terms of utensils, making meal preparation relatively easy.

The property was clean and in a quiet location. The hosts were very friendly. The pool area was very clean and well maintained. The shower had ample hot water and great pressure. Maybe more shelving in the bathroom around the sink would be useful to hold the hairdryer while using (hairdryer was kindly provided). Our room was at the rear and had small steps leading up to it and we had full sunshine on this terrace so one person could sit out there but it was too small to have table/chairs on it which was a pity as it was a suntrap. There was a garden area at the bottom of the steps but this was not as well maintained and the table and chairs were under a canopy and a bit dirty and damp as was the one sun lounger so the garden was not as inviting. We had use of a washing machine which was a great facility. We paid for towels and linen as we were travelling by air and didn't bring towels. there was a fee to have them changed but we washed them ourselves and reused them. The apartment is in a good location in that the area is near enough to the main road but to get around you definitely need a car. There is a pizzeria nearby and a pharmacy but we went to a few towns for meals, shopping etc. and generally drove to the beach.
