The accommodation is beautiful ! Views, peaceful surroundings, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Beautiful rooms, great breakfast, swimming pool with a sea view. Pancrazio as a host was an incredibly pleasant person, always smiling, helpful in everything. His wife and the whole team do a great job. If we visit Sardinia again, we will be happy to come back here. We will have the most beautiful memories of our holiday. Thank you for everything ❤️❤️❤️

Location, location, location! However, as well as location, the staff were wonderful as was the room, pool, breakfast - nothing could be improved upon. Perfect private patio area to enjoy the stupendous view! Beautiful place and we would love to return.

Located in such a tranquil position with a great view the hotel offers everything necessary for a very pleasant stay. Although there is no in house restaurant for dinner ( breakfast is more than adequate) it is possible to order in pizza etc. and eat out on the terrace enjoying the wonderful view.

“Relaxing stay in a beautiful farm setting”
Amazing stay! Super friendly host who goes above and beyond. Delicious homemade breakfast with fresh farm produce. Stunning views, lovely pool, and peaceful atmosphere. Simple but clean rooms. A car is a must, but so worth it!

Great remote location on a hilltop but close to Budoni and all neighbouring beaches. It's super calm and gorgeous. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good too with a fantastic view.

The location, it's still quietness, cleanliness. The breakfast choice I would say average but the coffee and fresh cakes and fruit served made up for what was missing, if anything. Super clean swimming pool and that view to die for

We absolutely loved our stay! It was everything we were looking for and more. The room was super clean with an incredible view of the sea, the location was quiet and perfect for reaching lots of different beaches. The breakfast was fantastic and all homemade. It's a family run place and the owners were very kind and helpful. We would 100% recommend staying here!

We had such a lovely time at the Azienda! Stunning view, very clean appartment with comfy bed and outside chairs, homemade breakfast and above all, a very friendly host. Would definitely recommand the place.

“Wonderful stay with stunning views and home made cakes”
The host was very friendly and welcoming, I liked his energy! The views are seriously stunning, and it's a pleasure to enjoy them from the spacious swimming pool. The breakfast is filled with several homemade cakes or biscuits, every day you finde something new. There is no dinner served but if you're tired at night and don't want to drive to town, there is a pizza restaurant thet delivers there. We took some homemade products that they sell too. Overall I fully recommend it!

“Wonderful relaxing with a gorgeous view”
From the terrace of the room you have a beautiful view over the country to the sea. Everything in this hotel is well cared. The pool is georgeous, if there is too much wind for the beach. Beaches around this area are stunning. Breakfast is good as well, lots of cakes. Restaurants and shops are 5 minutes away, you need a car though. Loved this place and would recommend it to everybody.

It was one of the best properties you can find on booking. The nature was really beautiful and owners were so nice. The breakfast was really good all of the food was local. And then the pool is the cherry on the top of the cake. I give it 11/10 stars!
