“Fantastic place with helpful staff, great location, and the most adorable resident dog!”
We rented several apartments here and everything was absolutely great! The staff were nice and helpful, and the location is super convenient since it's close to the city center and near a metro station. There are also supermarkets and restaurants in the area and the kitchen is well equipped, so you can prepare your own meals which is cost saving. We also had a small freezer in the fridge (not in all apartments). The absolute highlight for us was the adorable resident dog that greets guests - Toby. It was so cute to see the dog's pictures featured throughout all the apartment manuals and paintings! :D Unfortunately, we didn't have the time to play with him in the garden :(

We had a great stay at Prater Residence Apartment Budapest and would definitely recommend it. The location is excellent – close to everything making it easy to explore the city. The apartments were clean, and comfortable. What really stood out was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Communication was always quick and easy, and they were very responsive to any questions or requests. They also helped us organize parking without any issues, which made our stay even more convenient. A special mention goes to the lovely dog who seems to be everyone's favorite mascot – such a friendly and welcoming addition that always brought a smile to our faces! Overall, the combination of great location, cleanliness, excellent communication, and outstanding hospitality made our stay very enjoyable. We highly recommend Prater Residence Apartment Budapest for both smaller and larger groups visiting Budapest.

the hotel is basic, but it is also clean, has all the facilities you could possibly need. its in a great location, a 2 min walk from shopping centre with bars and restaurants, 20 mins walk to river, 30 mins walk to centre of town. good practical option!

The lift was kinda broken. Either the buttons are insensitive or the lift is not possible to call from 6th floor.

Easy check in process, clear instructions. Nice and roomy apartment. Great location, walkable to the metro station, several shops in the general area or the city center itself.

Good location, 3 stops by metro to the center, easy to get. Big apartment, comfortable. Staff professional and friendly. 20 euros charge for the parking. Shops, cafes and restaurants around.

“The stay was quite disappointing.”
The internet was very poor, especially in the evening - it was almost impossible to use even basic messaging apps, as the connection kept dropping every couple of minutes. The cleaning was not of good quality, particularly in the bathroom. It was also very noisy outside both during the day and at night, making it difficult to sleep. There were no basic amenities like tea or coffee provided. It may seem like a small detail, but since we stayed only for one day, we didn’t have the chance to buy individual tea bags nearby, so it was quite inconvenient.
