“Excellent location, simple rooms, good value for money”

Location really is perfect. Great for visiting the local sights (many in walking distance) but also well connected and in a nice neighbourhood with great traditional restaurants. The location makes the rooms very good value for money, but do manage your own expectation – it’s an apartment in an old building block that has been converted into hostel style accommodation. The photos are accurate but as with any accommodation with shared / common areas – not everything will be perfect as other guests can make a mess and it’s not a hotel with a receptionist and cleaner on standby. The purple room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable enough with a big fan that was useful. Shared bathroom was clean enough and we found everything we needed in the shared kitchen. We checked in very late so didn’t see the host, or anyone else during our stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. Initially, I had some reservations about sharing a bathroom and kitchen, but it turned out to be no issue at all—there was never a wait to use these areas, and by the end of my stay, I even embraced the experience and felt like a true backpacking traveler. I stayed in the "Brown Room," where the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I enjoyed two wonderful nights of sleep. Though the building is quite old, its history adds a fascinating layer to the experience. The location couldn’t have been more ideal, just 2 minutes from a train station and surrounded by restaurants, bars, and attractions right at your doorstep—it was perfect. Adam, who manages the property, was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I would return to stay here when in Budapest again. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a central, comfortable, and unique accommodation experience. Thank you, Adam!

“The perfect refuge in a bustling city.”

I would like to highlight the fact that it has an amazing location, in the heart of Budapest, close to shops, restaurants and tram-metro lines. It is an old building with a back, closed yard in the middle. It was super quiet and tranquil although it is located in a busy area. It is equipped with whatever you may need during your stay, nice kitchen and bathroom facilities.

I stayed in a comfy room at Jazzy. I was happy with everything. The place is just a couple of steps from The Parlament and the Danube. The manager guy, Adam is very enthusiastic and professional, goes the extra mile for the customers. Fully equipped kitchen, regular cleaning, superb service.

location, location, location!

Adam is very accomodating, he tells us everything and on his appartment. Everything you need at home is there so you dont have to worry that you cant do what you usually do at home. And 1 thing, his appartment is very nearby to hungarian parliament, its only 300m ahead thats why his appaetment is very suitable to those travelers who want to explore the beauty of the night view in hungarian parliament.

The room.was immaculately clean and the owner a very friendly and informative man. A 3 min walk from a metro, 2 mins to the Danube and 10 mins to the centre. I would recommend it here.
