The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. There is public transportation that takes you straight to Budapest city center. The rooms are big and the hotel offers everything for a comfortable stay.

I highly recommend this accommodation. The hosts are very kind, and their friendly little dogs PV and Max made our stay even more pleasant. Parking within the property is easy and hassle-free, and the terrace is a great place to relax. The accommodation is located in a quiet area in the southern part of Budapest. We stayed for one night, about an hour by tram from the city center. The host was very helpful and gave us useful advice on how to get to the city without a car. I would definitely recommend this place, and I send warm greetings to Max and PV.

What an amazing little diamond of a hotel! Andy and Zoli are the most amazing hosts and the breakfast can beat anything you have tried anywhere! Comfortable, quiet and perfect for a work trip (my case). It is one of those places you can't wait to come back to! Did I mention the amazing breakfasts? :)))

Our stay at this accommodation was truly a wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing people – extremely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with advice and recommendations, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt genuinely welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. If I were to come back again, I wouldn’t think twice – I would happily stay with them again. Highly recommended☺️❤️

“One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at !!”

I spend about eight months of the year abroad, living in around 20 countries and regions, and staying at nearly 40 hotels. Because of this, I usually never bother to write reviews. However, I felt compelled to do so this time, as it is rare to encounter a place with the level of service, hospitality, and facilities that Hotel Oswaldo provides. The rooms are clean and compact, carefully maintained by the owner himself, who even handcrafts some of the furnishings. Since the owner lives on the premises, I never felt any insecurity during my stay—there was always a sense that guests are genuinely cared for. Breakfast was also prepared with great consideration for my allergies, showing a level of attentiveness on par with luxury hotels. Although the hotel is located a bit farther from my actual travel destinations, I would still choose to stay at Hotel Oswaldo again on my next visit.

András is the exceptional owner and operator of this amazing hotel! He was personable, hospitable, respectful, and incredibly accommodating. His breakfast is also really tasty. The rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortable. I'm glad to have been able to find this rare gem in the sea of corporate establishments. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's travelling to Budapest.

We didnt book breakfast. Location good for city centre, bit of a long journey for our need which was Grand Prix but we realised this when we booked and as the 3 day event went on we found easier routes, Very easy, quick, regular and cheap journey to airport! We loved the relaxing garden area to sit in (when we had the chance) PS Andreas showed my lads his lovely cool car, great

Everything was perfect, from the comfort of the beds to the welcoming, friendly and helpful staff, from the delicious breakfast to the layout of the garden. We are very satisfied, we will definitely come back! Also, the dogs make the place feel like home!

The owner and staff are very nice and friendly, they are very helpful and cooperative. The hotel design and garden are attractive and comfortable for relaxation. What surprised me the owner is that the owner has collected a lot of information about my country before I arrived to shrare it with me which reflects how much he cares about his guests.

Our host (Andraž) was the best host we ever had. He provided us with all the information we needed, even gave us a map of the tram line and told us where we can buy tickets and all the cool places to eat near the hotel. He even cooled our room before we got there (it was very hot that day). He instantly made us feel welcomed. And his dogs are just the cutest and well behaved. The room was nice and clean, it has a refrigerator, tv and also air con. The hotel has a parking space.

Thank you for such a comfortable and friendly stay. Stuff and the manager were super welcoming. We were super glad that we chose this property!

“Great place to stay”

The owners are lovely! We were welcomed very nicely, the owner told us how to best get to the city, what to see and where to eat. Even printed out a map for us so we could easily find our tram. Our room was clean and very comfortable and we could safely leave our car at the parking lot. The atmosphere of this place is wonderful, we highly recommend it and thank you for a great stay :)

Fantastic place, staff were friendly and helpful, The room was a lovely size, had a microwave and small fridge, Great connections into town. The court yard garden is attractive and lovely place to sit in the evenings. The garden and quiet street made it feel like it was in the country rather than Budapest.
