Big apartment, Beatrix very friendly helpful and very good communication. Very well equipped kitchen. Washing maschine. About 1.5 km from river. Felt definitely like home away from home. It includes free parking. Beatrix met us there and explain everything in detail. Will highly recommend this property.

“Cozy comfortable apartment”

Apartment is equipped with lots of basic items. Very comfortable, secure closed garage located under the building. There are choices of tram or metro about 400 meters, there’s one tiny grocery store nearby the building. Beatrix very through with process and OMG she is a SWEETHEART!!! Kind person and actually cared and love meeting new people. There are a little square park area nearby for me to take my dog to relieve herself. I will DEFINITELY stays here again if I’ve ever comes to Budapest again. Thank you Beatrix ♥️

“Comfortable and warm”

The apartment is warm and beautiful, has everything one might need, and Beatrix is kind, explains everything, and is very friendly.

The host was very polite and friendly, she helped us a lot, big plus for us was garage which is free because we were with car and that made us feel more safe. Apartment was very clean and nice, it was perfect for our visit in Budapest.

All the recommendations for this accommodation and for the owner are helpful, she explained the nearby facilities in detail, clean and orderly.

Everything was great. The hostes is extremely kind. You have all you need in the apartment and parking space in the garage. We recommended it to everyone.

Wonderful place,apartment and extremly kind owner Beatrix. The apartment was very good prepared with the sweet vine and small present. We could easily reach the city centre on foot. If not 2 stops of metro are in neibourhood. The parking place is comfortable. You can have in that place all what you need! We recommend it by heart!!!!

Everything was great, starting from the lovely host who welcomed us and gave all needed details (how does the parking work, keys, entrance etc.). The apartment was just like in the photos on booking, very spacious and comfortable. Parking is big enough for a large SUV. We really enjoyed our stay and surely would choose this apartament once again.

Very enthusiastic host welcomed us and our dog in a completely equipped apartment. Protected parking and airco were a good bonus. A quiet upcoming neighbourhood at a short walking distance to the centre.

Host is super nice and friendly. Showed everything, explained. Prepared gifts. Good parking, great price. Have air-conditioning, it was must have since we were in Budapest at +35. Location great, everything close, public transport easy. All necessary kitchen appliances available. Welcoming for dogs.
