“Fantastic location for exploring the city on foot and by public transport.”
Breakfast was superb - a hot buffet as well has the expected cold cuts, cheese, pastries etc, and there was PLENTY of fresh fruit!

“Good hotel superbly located”
The hotel is superbly positioned, right next to several metro/tram lines and short distance walk to the main attractions, it was very easy to get almost anywhere from here. The hotel rooms are very quiet, despite the busy and sometimes noisy street just outside. The breakfast is very rich and diverse, certainly beyond what we expected when booking. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. We booked a triple room and it was spacious, well lit and the A/C worked very well.

Wonderful location. In the city center, within walking distance of many attractions. 150 meters from the hotel is a transport hub, where 3 metro lines pass, many trams and buses, the airport bus and the tourist hop on hop off stop there. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars, shops in the area. The hotel is well maintained, with good value for money. The room with a balcony is not large, but light and cozy. Clean, with everything you need - a safe, a coffee/tea maker, a minibar, a choice of pillows, the balcony furnished with a table and chairs. The breakfast is varied enough, everyone can find something to their taste. The staff is polite and friendly.

“Exceptionally good. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels across Europe and the Carat fully deserves its four star status.”
- Location- only 150m from the 100E airport incoming bus stop in Deak Ferenc Ter and 200m from the return stop. Easy walking distance to virtually all major attractions. Huge choice of restaurants within 300 metres. Facilities- large bedroom on 3rd floor overlooking ground floor extension housing dining room to rear of property. Powerful and easy to use shower and strong flushing toilet.Small but well equipped gym and sauna in basement Food- I’ve worked as a hotel real estate consultant across Europe. The breakfast is of exceptional quality and variety. Staff- helpful, friendly and professional.

Very friendly staff, the rooms are standard hotel size but very clean and bed was comfortable. We were really impressed and the breakfast and selection was fantastic. Great value and great location

Location was perfect for all the sights, transport links etc, We booked a top floor room with balcony which was great for the amazing weather we had last weekend air con was a bonus Breakfast was plentiful, lots of different choices, meats, fruits, cakes, beverages
