This was a fifth visit and, as with the previous times, we were fully satisfied. We love coming to this bed and breakfast and always receive a warm welcome from Miranda who is an excellent communicator . The breakfast is fine, and the coffee is particularly good.

Clean, close to transport links and excellent communications with the host before check in. Goes out of the way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Nice breakfast included which was a bonus. Friendly smiley staff.

When someone books a room the least the host should offer is hygiene. Unfortunately we did not use the room since there were stinks on the bed sheets and on bath towels. We cancelled our stay as soon as we arrived and saw the hygiene standards and did not use the room although we were charged for 1 night. Trust me the last thing we wanted after a long trip (since Budapest was our last stop before getting back home on our Euro trip), was to search for new accommodation at 7 pm after a long trip, and carrying around our luggage until we manage to find a proper place to stay!

Very good breakfast with variety of choices. The room is well equiped. Convenient stores nearby. There is even one good ice cream shop opposite the convenient store which I found out only last day of my stay.

Very convenient for the metro and in a quiet area. A continental style breakfast and OK for a gluten free diet. There was a kettle in the room with tea and coffee sachets replenished every day.
