Third time using hotel.River views as all ways top quality.Location is fantastic for both sides of the river .Breakfast always a good selection of continental and eggs on request.only down as with a lot of hotels the quality of the toaster. Staff really helpful and always time to talk with you.Arranged taxi transfers flawless.We had been given a free up grade on one of the rooms.

Hotel is on the Buda side of the Danube. We were there to watch the celebrations from our balcony at Parliament for the new Prime Minister’s inauguration. There is an outstanding Belgian Beer cafe right next door serving the best beers and excellent food.

“Breathtaking views, amazing location”

The view from the room was breathtaking, exactly as shown in the image. The location is very close to the river, 10 minutes walk to the parliament viewpoint and fisherman's bastion. Easily accessible via public transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They responded promptly to messages even before arrival. We were able to store our luggage comfortably before check in and after check out.

Best location with the best staff. Amazing breakfast selection with Sandor who is very patient and helpful, he is an amazing person. Nice room and very clean. Highly recommended. We stayed on the second floor with a spectacular view.

A great hotel, cosy yet great standard. Views not to mention. Excellent breakfast and room service. All staff are professional and knowledgeable. Excellent Belgian and Hungarian restaurants just outside the entrance.

“A great option for a short city break”

Fantastic view of Parliament - we paid extra for a room on a higher floor and it was worth it for the view out of the window (there’s a lift!). Easy walking distance to tram/metro and for Buda Castle funicular. We bought 24h travel cards daily and pre-booked the busier spots. Very comfy beds. Good breakfast. Great shower. Wonderful staff - we had 2 rooms and kept one until 14:30 on our last day to store bags (they will store bags if asked) and get changed before travelling to the airport. The price for this was very reasonable. Very clean.

The hotel was in a great location, with a fab view of the Danube, on the Buda side, right by The Chain Bridge. We were on an early flight, so arrived by 10am,. No problem, the hotel held our bags and cases so we could find our way around Budapest before checking in to our room for 3pm. We paid a small additional premium for a room on a high floor, which I'm glad I paid as the views were stunning, particularly at night when everything was lit up. The hotel and room were immaculately clean and there was maid service every day. The bed was huge and so comfortable, the shower and bathroom very good - it was basically everything we needed. The rooms were quiet at night, no noise, very easy to sleep. Breakfast was a very good buffet breakfast and you could ask the staff for eggs (however you like them), bacon etc as well.. The hotel is very well located to see all attractions and amenities that you could wish to walk to, but if you want to go further afield the transport system here, whether train, tram or taxi are excellent. All staff at the hotel were very approachable and helpful and overall an excellent experience and would be more than happy to stay again. IOne tip, the lights around the Danube that make all the buildings/Bridges etc go out after 10pn...so if you are going to do a one hour cruise ( which I recommend) make sure you don't go too late in the evening as you want to see everything when the lights are in.

We have stayed at this hotel five times and we keep coming back mainly because of the excellent service at reception. The team is always very kind, professional, and helpful with any information we need. Adrian and a blonde lady at the reception were extremely kind and welcoming. Whenever possible, they do their best to accommodate us before the check-in time and in the best way.

Very good central location with an amazing view

The location was perfect, just in the heart of the old city! Very big triple room, ( but with small windows…). The staff was friendly. Old fashion style of the room. Very good breakfast!

The view is INCREDIBLE. The staff are lovely, they let us check in early nd leave luggage. Breakfast was great. Rooms super comfy and even had warm blankets.
