Central location, less than a minutes walk from main bus and tram routes. Excellent facilities, warm (almost too warm) and welcoming.

“Art Deco heart of Budapest”

Everything was wonderful, and the location is excellent. There is plenty of street parking available nearby. Agnes and her daughter Angela are lovely. I accidentally locked the apartment key inside (the door slammed shut), and within 15 minutes Angela provided us with a spare key. We had a fantastic time. Thank you for everything, Agnes and Angela!

“Excellent place, very central location”

Excellent location, I satayed there only a couple of days but it was perfect. Very comfortable place, also for longer stays, with a nice living room to relax, fully equipped kitchen and a small terrace to be outside. One improvement point: there was central heating and the thermostat was too high, but there was no possibility to lower it. I didn't personally mind that much, but it might be something to improve to prevent uncessary waste of energy (if possible, since older buildings sometimes do not have that option).

“Best deal in town and super nice hosts”

I absolutely loved staying there. The location could not have been more central. Everything is close by and all the traffic links are short walking distance. The district is filled with 24 hours shops and bars, and at the same time it's off street, so really quiet. The flat is really big and spacious. The hosts were super nice, welcoming, and caring. I really felt supported and cared for there. The flat is equipped with literally everything, including some small but really nice things, like soaps and shampoos, the selection of teas and coffees, and other tiny things which are not strictly necessary but it was super nice to find them there. This kind of offer is a super deal for its price.

Nicely decorated appartment equpped with all you might need during your stay. Nearest metro station was just a few minutes walking distance away. Check-in process was very easy - Agnes (the owner) gave us clear instructions beforehand. Communication with her was very easy and efficient. She even gave us a possibility for late check-out.

The location of the house was central. It was within walking distance to most places to see. There are many restaurants nearby where you can eat. Easy check-in. It was clean and quiet, safe despite being in the heart of the city. The bathroom had all the necessary supplies. The towels were sufficient and clean. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment, tools. The coffee machine and tea facilities were very good. The presence of oil, coffee, tea, spices, etc. was also a surprise and well thought out. In summary, an environment where you would feel like you were at home was created. The decoration was also meticulously thought out and relaxing. The heating system was good.

The apartment is in ideal location in the main center of Budapest, although the most busy area, in fact it is such a calm and quiet place with windows to the green court yard and there is even a little terrace. To top it all the apartment is really very well equiepped with everyting you need. The best place I have ever stayed in here in Budapest and I travel very often there...

“Perfect location for exploring a beautiful city”

The apartment is in a fantastic location with only a 3-4 minute walk to the Christmas Markets. It felt safe and secure and was very close to the tramp and bus stops. It has everything you need for with them even providing toiletries!

Very well equipped. Tea and coffee were unexpected and very welcome. Everything one would need was provided. Centrally situated and easy to find. Overall very nice.

Everything. Great central location on the Pest side of the city. Tram/bus network literally 2-3min walk from apartment. So easily accessible to all the fights. Lots of shop/bars/restaurants within the immediate locality….but the apartment is hidden away and therefore quiet. The property itself was immaculate and comfortable. Heating/air con eating changed to suit conditions. The apartment feels secure but homely. Washing liquid/clothes detergent/shower gel provided at the apartment. Agnes our just was in communication from the day of booking. Responsive to any questions and clearly wants her guests to enjoy and maximise their Budapest stay. There really wasn’t anything more we could have asked for.
