Perfect little family escape, the children were able to play safely at the play park in view of our pod.

Pods are very nice,cozy and comfortable. Arrived late at night and in the morning I've seen stunning views of fields and cost line at background . Very quiet place ,seen couple families with kids . Manager lady is very nice person and highly recommending this place

I have stayed here 3times in 2025 if you like silence and peace them this is it, I stay for work when travelling and can sit and relax with the patio doors open and it’s bliss .

The location is wonderfully peaceful, and has a beautiful view. Lots of space for the kids to play, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pods were very clean and comfortable. A really excellent spot for a holiday!

Beautiful tranquil place. Not far from a town with everything you will need. The pods were well spaced out the play area x 2 and the little ride on toys was a real treat. Benches to sit outside and so well kitted out inside down to the last detail. The peaceful location was a tonic and a forest walk on the doorstep. Even a washing whirly.

The location was nice and the pod looked good. Tea and (instant) coffee were provided and there was crockery and cutlery, along with a microwave, to eat take-out food.

They didn't know about our booking so it was lucky that they were not booked out. However, they promptly came and made the pods up ready for us without hesitation. The pods are very compact and has most things you need, except for cooking facilities. There is a toaster and microwave for small meals. There is also a bbq hut you can rent out, which was ideal for our group. There are takeaways about 10 minutes drive from the pods but not much in the way of dine in restaurants. However, we found a lovely little pub that does food, called the Granary, in Elgin. The sofa bed in the pod was quite uncomfortable as we could feel the bars but it didn't disturb our sleep too much. There are 2 parks right by the pods and a block of toilets, which is ideal if someone is using the shower in the pods and someone needs to use the toilet. The showers in the pods were OK. However, if the other pods are using the showers at the same time, then the water temperature drops, and it says low pressure. You can avoid that by having early morning or late night showers. We enjoyed our stay, but due to its location we wouldn't stay again. If you want serenity and time away from usual daily life, this is defo the place for you.
