“Wonderful and would return”
It was a quiet location. The pool area was clean comfortable chairs and spacious. People there were very civil and kind. The space overall was modern and tasteful. We loved the rooftop deck. The kitchen was all we needed and well designed. And two bathrooms!

“Affordable, but unbearable noise 24/7. Cockroaches, random steps to trip on at night and break bones”
Washer and drier was nice. Gas stove was great. AC in every room was great, but the ceiling fan couldn’t be turned off or speed adjusted, so we avoided the living room. Plz fix that..common area was nice, but pool was too cold. Why not use the free heat from the hot end of the heat pumps to heat the pool? Seems to be an obvious solution to me. The location was convenient from the highway, only one block away from a major intersection, and a short walk to the beach.
