When I arrive, I had to pay a little bit more, they told me the Municipality Taxes and 16% VAT; The app showed me $769.50 MXN and desk charged me $931 MXN. Also BOOKING app include TAXES already.

This is a hotel and not a condo on the beach. Loud shouting at night time. Ran out of water in the lobby as no drinking water in room and had to buy own water to make coffee in morning.

Budget hotel right on highway 2 blocks from the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. 2 minutes to busses north or south.
