We were only in Bucharamanga for one night. We were warmly welcomed after a long day of travel. Breakfast the next morning was very good. The staff helped orient me to things we needed to start our time in Colomiba.

Our stay in this family hotel consisted of two stretches of 4 days. Both stays were equally pleasant, with clean and spacious rooms that however will need some updating in the nearby future. An issue with the availability of an in-room safe was dealt with swift and professional, just like the attitude of the entire staff was swift and professional during our entire stay. It took some time to reveal the mystery of the hot showers,but their presence was much appreciated and enjoyed.

“Excellent location and great staff service!”
Clean and well located. Never tried bfast because around are too many good places to be missed. Good AC & cable connection, excellent wifi. Staff exceeds their job!
