Have used this hotel a few times and is always nice, .. staff are always friendly, helpful and take time... Great bathroom, but you need an iq of 5000 to work the shower, but there is hot water and in the morning a nice relaxing basic breakfast, papaya, coffee and eggs.. great to start the day..

Location is great and the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is good. The staff went above and beyond to help us, letting us leave our bags with them on the day we were travelling through Bucaramanga on our way back home. Thank you!
