Great hotel, very friendly staff & facilities excellent (liked the pool area). The only negative is the location is not great, so I strongly suggest using taxi or uber, etc to get around after dark

Our flight in was delayed by a day and they held our reservation allowing us to check in at 7 am the next day. The staff also recommended a driver to take us around the city and show us neighborhoods that we may choose to live in. Hugo was very infomative and we enjoyed his company and recommendations.

“This is a great place to stay if you plan to explore.”
The food was good, the staff was very accomodating and one of the kitchen staff spoke a bit of English. The front desk staff/check in/out was excellent. They were able to help us with tour operators to Chichamocha park and to Juans Falls the next day. My flight was much later than check out, and they were able to allow us to check out late. I recommend highly

Great Hotel for the price. Late checkin was no problem and ordering Rappi, the staff were helpful and polite. Room big and the showers great! Gorgeous roof top area too!

I think the hotel nice; the front desk staff was friendly. The room was simple, clean but nice. The hotel on its own was clean and nice. For the price it's all good. The restaurant on top was nice and relatively good. BUT today they don't have beef, tomorrow they don't have shrimps every day there is something they don't have. :) The Shrimp Ceviche with mango sauce is good.....yes GOOD. too bad I tried it too late and when I wanted more, no more shrimps.

The service of Marcela on the rooftop terrace was the best I've had. She was so smiley and pleasant. But also all staff were great. Perfect location, great food and lovely swimming pool terrace area. Super clean and great air con rooms also. I had to stay until 10pm and they were very accomodating 10 stars.
