“Good clean hotel next to a nice park, and with all the amenities needed for a quick, efficient stay.”
The front desk staff were exceptional in their assistance after I left my passport case in the room safe and left the city. They alerted me as to the discovery, took a video of them opening the case and going through the contents so that I could see that all was correct - including cash. They packaged the case in a box and sent it, at my request and risk, to the town I had traveled to. The package arrived, very well sealed in perfect condition. Really, their service was professional and outstanding. I'm very grateful for their help! I would like to thank the manager, Mario Parra, in particular , for his persistence and care in getting it done!! Many thanks!

Very well located, practical chain hotel. Fantastic restaurant balcony with one of the best views in the city. A chain hotel that does its job well is especially welcome in a city full of unreliable accommodation.

I was born in this city and came to visit after many years of living overseas. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to experience the city, but particularly to foreigners. The location is superb and well priced for what's on offer; but the main hook of this place is the BREAKFAST BUFFET! Absolutely delicious and AUTHENTIC food that reminded me of what my mother would make when I was a kid. Please try the soup every single day and don't be afraid to ask about the toppings for it (onion,parsley/coriander,toasted bread bits,arepa,etc.) so you can experience the meal as a Colombian would. If you stay here, the INCLUDED breakfast will be an opportunity to explore local cuisine and that's a huge plus in my books.
