Very bad service. I booked a Standard Double Room, but the staff gave us a different room with no window and no ventilation. We could hardly breathe. The room was one of the worst I have ever stayed in. There was no proper shower handle, so the water only came from the ceiling. What if we did not want to get our hair wet? When I arrived at 10 p.m. and checked my booking, I realized they had given us the wrong room. The staff was irresponsible and blamed her colleague, even though she was the one who gave my friend the room. Later, she changed our room to the correct Standard Double Room, but it was extremely dirty and ventilation is very bad also. We need to open the window at night and noise came through. But it is better than no air to breathe inside. The floor looked like it had never been cleaned. For €105 per night, this place is absolutely not worth it. I do not recommend staying here. The behavior from the staff feels dishonest. It seems like they may give customers a worse room than the one booked, especially if the customer does not check the booking carefully.

The hostel is close to the metro, in an interesting location where you can experience interesting concerts, there are lots of good dining options around. Shower gel was also available in the bathroom. The breakfast was unexpectedly good, considering that it was included in the price of the accommodation. It could definitely be improved a bit (a little more vegetables, something warm), but within the standard it was perfectly fine.

The room was great and spacious, the bathroom was a little small but it was very clean. Breakfast was very tasty and diverse. The hotel's location is also cool: 20 min walk from Noord station and around 20 min to the city centre. You can also leave your baggage in the storage after checkout and that is very convenient. The staff was helpful and very friendly, thank you! We enjoyed our stay :)
