“A great stay in central Brussels with very helpful and friendly staff”
We arrived off a sleeper train from Prague exhausted and just wanted to lie down. However, we were aware that the hotel had a 3pm check in policy, so we were prepared to leave our luggage and go out in search of breakfast. We had emailed the hotel in advance as to our arrival time in the morning and we were so delighted upon check in to hear that a room was available immediately. The staff are lovely and we were given a run down of all facilities, shown personally where the lift was and presented with a delicious apple each (which served as breakfast). We highly recommend this hotel which is central and near city transport. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Thank you to all at The Thon Hotel, Brussels for making our stay so comfortable.

The room was big and cosy, it was clean, and the bathroom really made the difference! So useful to have two taps, and the shower is huge. We also loved the snaks area, open 24/7, with many different choices, and very good coffee. The staff was very accommodating and kind.
