Breakfast was not included for us, but I enjoyed the coffee that I bought from the cafe.

Nice hotel, central location, good soundproof. Easy to reach most sights. Conveniently located close to Brussels Nord Train station, but not too close, so there is no ugly "train station" vibe around the hotel. We used this train station to go to Bruges, which is an absolute must see in Belgium.

“Lovely hotel in a great location”

Hotel was in good location for what we wanted. Not far from the shops and the excursions we booked. Room was clean and was designed nicely. Beds were comfy and we didn't hear any noise from other guests or outside of hotel. Plenty of amenities provided and free wifi which was great.

Location excellent Staff great Food and drink onsite Shops around 24/7 check in Room clean They do room service! Could be bigger was fine for 1 person and if I had a partner fine for 1 night or so and not much luggage but I loved my room I wished I was there for a longer time!

There is not housekeeping daily. The staff inform you upon check in. Clean Towels however are available if needed

The staff were really friendly, very engaged and it feels like you're staying at a boutique hotel. The location is excellent, the rooms stylish and clean and check in and check out is easy.

“An interesting eco hotel in a good location”

I like the whole approach of this hotel and it was nice to stay in a place that has been designed really well. The room is small and to be fair it is described as a 'small double'. It was fine for me but I would not recommend for a couple. Lots of clever storage and ledges to help with arranging your stuff. Note that the fridge is really more of a cooler than a traditional fridge. Fun fact...ask them on arrival where the safe in the room is. I would never have found it! So probably a good location for a safe.

This is a fine place if you are in town and most of the day outside. Rooms are very small. Yet all very clean and staff is very kind.

Location was perfect, the room was clean and well decorated, was in there everything I needed. There is complimentary tap water in the lobby which is a nice touch. And thanks to lady on check-in who borrowed me an adapter.
